Q: Do you ship oil paintings worldwide?
A: Yes, we will send your custom oil painting worldwide, you have two options for shipping.
Q: How much does it cost to ship my custom oil painting?
A: You have 2 choices for shipping:
1 ) EMS - Free shipping - it takes around 5 - 8 business days to arrive after you have approved the final custom oil painting.
2 ) Fedex / UPS - Shipping cost is US$40 - Fedex or UPS usually takes 3 - 5 days to deliver after you have approved your custom oil painting.
Q: How about customs?
A: We send you the painted portrait rolled up with a protective film in a tube. Customs usually let this get through without taxing it. However - our prices does not include any customs.
Q: How long time does it take?
A: It will take 1 day for us to get back to you after you submit your digital photo, if the digital photo is good enough we will then begin your custom oil painting, the painting process takes around 14 business days. When the painted portrait is done we will take a digital photo of it and email it to you for approval, if that is approved your painted portrait will be in the mail the following day.
So - It will take 16 business days from order to completion of your painted portrait - then add the shipping time based on your prefered shipping method.
This time does not include any changes in the painted portrait

A: Ordering is easy and secure, you just click the "Order Now" button in the top left corner of the web page, and it will guide you through our easy 3 step ordering guide.
Step 1:
Select the preferences for your custom painted portrait, size, number of faces, head or full figure and what background you wish to have on your portrait.
Step 2:
Upload your digital picture to our server or email your digital picture to us, fill in your personal details + shipping address / this is also where you let us know what specific wishes you have regarding the custom portrait, like:
Orientation
Alterations from your digtal Picture, it is very common to for example leave out a pimple or change the clothing etc in the oil painting.
Background is to be specified here as well if you chose special background in step 1.
